In the end, the discussion was fun and energetic. Everyone has their own opinions on how talent acquisition plays an important roles in using HRD Analytics techniques to enhance good quality of candidates of recruitment processes to ensure return of investment (ROI) and lessen the impact of wasting in cost per hire employee and invest time vacancy. We were also discussed about challenges of talent acquisition.
