4.      Find out three basic principles of great talent management.

There are three basic principles of great talent management that I have found in the Youtube video provided: create clear expectations, unveil their talents, and match talent & expectation. All three principles are important in balancing the principles of great talent management, develop clear expectation and match skills & expectations. The second principle, unveil their talents, gives me extra attention.

The first principle, Create clear expectations, stated that the candidate should have a clear picture of effective behaviour for employees' behaviour more or less successful in your organisation. Third, match the employee's or applicant's talents and competencies to your behavioural expectations. In the first principle, behaviour competencies create clear behavioural expectations for the job. We can anticipate from the candidate, and the second principle reveals their talents by starting with their strengths and developing easy-to-develop competencies. The skill will then turn into a performance.

The second principle is to unveil the talents of your employees or applicants interview is crucial. There is a need to find your candidate's specific skills and drives by asking the right questions. It creates an environment in which the candidate feels completely at ease and confident in speaking.
