Chapter 3 Models of HR Analytics

We focused on two main concepts in this learning unit: the HR analytics paradigm and the LAMP model of HR analytics. In Chapter 3, I am introduced to a new style known as the LAMP Model. The letters LAMP stand for logic, analytic, measure, and method in the LAMP Model. This model is responsible for corporate success and strategic transformation. This means that this model will help the company fulfil all of its objectives. We need well-grounded logic in logic because it aids in the generation of good measuring methods, which allows us to make smarter decisions. Furthermore, without sound reasoning, it is difficult to know where to look for more details. And there's the analytic. We use suitable instruments, methodology, and a thorough research method in analytics to come to the correct conclusion and gain useful information from a collection of data. In most cases, HR departments will need the services of a professional to incorporate sophisticated analytics in their organisation. In some ways, it was more about making the numbers correct. Much time and effort are needed to improve the efficiency of HR steps.

Meanwhile, according to the LAMP Model, efficient assessment systems must be integrated into a change-management framework that incorporates learning and knowledge sharing concepts in order to eliminate any roadblocks. HR teams, in my view, will do a great job at communicating human resource metrics in the enterprise by following the LAMP model.
