ARITICle TITLE: Key factors and barriers to HR analytics adoption

1.0 Reflection

I found that Fernandez, V., & Gallardo-Gallardo wrote the article, E. (2020) was very informative and interesting. First, I would like to give feedback in the article's title; Tackling the HR digitalization challenge: key factors and barriers to HR analytics adoption. One of the ideas from the journal article is about the HR conceptualization in people analytics. In my opinions, the analytical method includes using technology and algorithms to assist administrators in making informed choices for their workers. HR departments are improving how they interact with employees, store files, and evaluate employee performance. Technology, when applied properly, may make HR practices become more successful. HR best practices maximize profits while reducing risks of problems. HR analytics are commonly used to understand better and address challenges, especially during pandemic Covid-19. Measuring HR analytics and turning that data into a strategy can help a company save money and create a more positive work environment in the people, team, and technology analytics.
