Reflection 1(Introduction), 18 March 2021

In today's first online class with Dr Siti Mariam, we had an ice-breaking session. We get to know each other more about "KM-KU", which stands for Know Me, Know You. It creates better communication and understanding between the lecture and students. I get to know many other coursemates with different background, which came from different states and personalities. I would have to claim that what I have learned basic information about this course, "HRD Analytics, " particularly highlights using data to change and empower the HRD Decisions. In HRD knowledge, HRD helps organisations through employee training, improves their careers, and improves organisational effectiveness and performance.
