Task 7- Talent management
In today's lecture, the lecture will be asynchronous. We need to view the video lecture for L6 and each student has to prepare 2 questions after viewing the video. The outcome of the discussion will be the finalise 2 questions selected for the group.
We were using Zoom meeting platform to discussing things that we are concerned about the pre-recording lecturing session. Each of us has proposed 2 questions based on our understanding and critical thinking. 2 questions that has been proposed in the end of the discussion session that are;
1) How does HR handle recruiting during the pandemic to acquire quality workers?
2) Does internship recruitment still use the theory of talent acquisition in forming a high-quality career development based on the resume?
