Working experience

KFC was a branch that was suitable for a part-time and full-time job. The hours are wrong, and the pay is just over minimum wage! First, I was able to learn such new experiences on how to conduct stress when facing every customer. Besides that, I enjoy the given meal, hostel free to stay, thus saving money. I learned how to work in teamwork since we need to support each other. In conclusion, I feel so grateful as allowed to be a part of the KFC team. I am excited to go to work every day, maybe because of the environment itself. The staff there was so friendly, like a family. All the managers include the RM manager was supportive and understanding also have great empathy. I learned many things there like must be punctual, must do any task with the sop provided. Overall I enjoyed working with the KFC company. Overall, others at the workplace help me going through all the jobs I need to do as a cashier and sometimes lobby and as a backup. I like the management at my restaurant because they understand their subordinates and willingly guide their newly employed employee.
