This was my second part-time working experience as Sales Assistant at the Servay Hypermarket branch in Inanam. This job has exposed me to working under admin guidance. On the first day of work where we would be distributed in several parts of the department, and then I distributed non-Food Department sections selling items like bath soap, cloth soap, baby diapers, and women, etc. We were exposed to the method of arranging in accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of the market items on the sales shelf. For example, old items stacked up front and items that have been "Top-up" will be placed on the back. The shelves of the market items should always be filled in full of empty. This job for me is quite simple, less burdensome, and rather tiring. We are not allowed to sit during work except during breaks. In addition, Sales Assistance is not only focused on shelf management and arrangement, but also on providing services to help customers who are facing difficulties in finding and acquiring the items. 

Based on my experience of this organization, they are an organization with an estimated 70 employees in total. The organization places great emphasis on the arrival of its employees in terms of time. If an employee is slow to "Punch In", even if it is only a few minutes, the employee will be charged a salary of RM 1. Organizations use the "Punch Card" method in recruiting employees.  Salaries are calculated according to the time and day of arrival of employees.  Every morning before we start work, we do a morning briefing and chant the slogan given by the employer and do little about planning and remind the workers to do the work with ethics and follow the rules. After that, we will do a daily routine of sweeping and wiping the floor. In addition, our work focuses on the observation of "Price tags" of gondola should be observed and updated by employees in the position of Sales Assistance.

Throughout my work, I have mastered communications against colleagues and clients in racial diversity. I have also learned more knowledge and shared experience from colleagues in terms of experience, values, attitudes throughout my work. This work has taught me the meaning of patience and humility amongst my fellow employees in communication.
