ICT COMPETENCY
ICTs are basically information-handling tools- a varied set of goods, applications, and services that are used to produce, store, process, distribute and exchange information. Today, this also includes the applications for mobile devices and social media.
In this task given, we are required to work in a team. In a group that consists of 5-6 members, the total numbers per group will be determined by the course instructor, Mrs. Onn. The task is to identify a real-life problem within Human Resources and a propose suitable solution using existing information and communication technologies (tools/technology/apps) to solve, overcome and/ or improve the current situation

Part 1: Graphical Abstract
The graphical poster that we created explains the problem and solution of "work from home: Employee engagement tools".
The matters were including interruption, poor communication, and low work efficiency and quality. Hence, we suggested a few applications to help solve the problems, which are kazoo, Podio, and igloo.
